About me

“I don't believe in institutions; I believe in people — and in everyone's ability to find their own way to be themselves.”
I’m Marcell Fehérvári — psychologist, coach (ICF PCC), and a PhD researcher in social and organizational psychology. But if you want to understand how I work, one fact tells you most of it: I play volleyball, and I coach it.
On the court, no two balls arrive the same way. You can’t play by seven memorized steps — you read the situation, the teammate, the moment, and adjust before the ball hits the floor. I do the same in the consulting room and inside organizations: I pay attention, I tune in, and I look for the next move together with you.
A team never gets strong from its individual stars — it gets strong from how much the players trust each other. I think people work the same way. I don’t believe in institutions; I believe in people — and in everyone’s ability to find their own way to be themselves.
